Ta'o pai siamu 'a Langiola mo Anthony

Today Langiola and Anthony were learning how to bake/make pai siamu.



Ingredients:

  • Flour

  • Butter

  • Strawberry Jam

  • Sugar

  • Coconut Milk


Utensils:

  • Teaspoon

  • Measuring cup

  • Big Bowl

  • Baking Tin


How to Make it

Warning - Before you start making your Pai Siamu You always need to remember to wash your hands before baking 

  • To begin, pour 4 measuring cups of flour into the large mixing basin.

  • Second, after pouring the 4 cups of flour into the large mixing bowl, scoop out 250 grams of butter.

  • Third, after placing the flour and butter in the large mixing bowl, squeezing the flour and butter together is the first step.

  • Fourth, as long as the flour and butter are clinging to your hands, all you have to do is rub it off.

- Fifth, pour the coconut milk into the large mixing basin and stir it thoroughly.

  • Sixth, take a handful of flour, butter, and coconut milk in one hand and roll it into a dough.


  • Finally, after rolling it out, apply strawberry jam all over it, then dust your hands with flour to keep it from sticking to your hands, and fold each side however you prefer.
