Second and hopefully the last and final copy: We like to read poems but we don't like to write them. This week we read and compose our own poem. It was a struggle but we have fun and this is what we end up with.
Family
F - family is like a tree with many branches that bloom throughout the year
A - And bears beautiful fruits where some are sour and others are sweet
M - Maintaining peace is the hardest thing amongst the siblings
I - Igniting love takes a bit of time because we need to forgive and try to forget the annoying ones
L - Love, laugh and cry is a cycle we go through with each other
Y - Yesterday, today and tomorrow family is the only thing that remains attached to its roots.
When we are young, we are strong because our family supports us to grow.
And when we are old we are slow but that is alright because family is there to help you carry on.
Covid is full of disappointment because I can’t see my friends from day to day.
But family is there and bonds will get stronger helping each other.
That proves that family is life and family is the only thing that you can rely on when God is the head of it all.

Let's be hopeful and we will all come out of this lockdown soon and we pray that we will be able to see out friends in person at school.
