IALT: read the text then write up the recipe of how to make oka i'a.

Title : oka I’a

Aim : to make oka I’a

Material : ingredients and equipment

Ingredients :

1 pound  (  500g ) fresh tuna or snapper

¼ onion

2 spring onion

2 medium tomatoes

1 large or 2  small cucumber

1 cup (240ml) coconut milk

Salt taste

Utensils:

Sharp knife

Chopping board

2 big balls

Big spoons

Method

1 cut the fish medium dice.

2 marinate the fish in the salt water it takes as long.

3 Finely dice your onion slice onion, the spring onion dice tomato and chop

cucumber.

4 dice your fish discard the juice.

5 add the vegetables and coconut milk to the fish.

6 mix well then season with salt to taste.

7 refrigerate for at least half an hour to allow the flavours to blend and develop.

My favourite meal is lunch because I have vegetables and mince. It is so healthy for my whanau. Aunty cooks broccoli, peas and carrots. After that then we have a healthy pizza soup. It is the best soup in my whole life. Dad makes it because we all like it.

I love lunch because we have vegetables and it is healthy.

How does the water cycle works?

This all about the water cycle and why it happen and how it happen.

First it's evaporation the sun heats the ocean water and turns some of it into vapor.

Secondly is condensation. This is when vapour turns into clouds.

Third is the clouds move around in the sky and fall back to earth as a fog rain and snow and is called precipitation.

Last is storage Precipitation is absorbed by the ground or bodies of water.

Water cycle helps keeps water to go around and around.

Once there was a boy called Zac. He was getting ready to try

go school. He was the fittest strongest and fastest student at school.

Next he tried to race the elevator and he was super determined to beat the elevator.

Later on zac saw a girl walking up the stairs he felt sorry so he flew over crashed and bummed his head on the wall.

Then he ended up in the hospital he got taken by the ambulance then he woke up feeling sore the end.
